I did pay extra since it was on the weekend and after hours but when it comes to electricity and sleeping comfortable, the price charged we were ok with and it’s reasonable to anyone else around. I feel we got extra customer service with the coaching and help he provided so again not complaining about any pricing. My wife and 2 kids all slept comfortably knowing it was fixed.

Eddie provided insite into what steps to take to keep us safe until his arrival and greatly decreased our anxiety. Eddie arrived exactly at the time he committed to (1100) and quickly diagnosed the issue in terms easily understood. He arrived fully prepared to resolve the problem and also addressed and resolved other existing problems we hadn’t mentioned prior. I was impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, focused listening, and competency. I highly recommend him and his business for both the speed they resolved our issues and the professionalism he displayed during his execution. Plus, he is a very nice personally with significant soft skills. I was impressed enough to contract for other long delayed needs in my home due to my trust in him. He took a look at it and quickly fixed faulty wiring that two electricians from another large electrical company had installed wrong. I tried to check the breaker but the second I touched it, the breaker box started buzzing like a game show buzzer. We called Reddie Electric and Eddie himself picked up right away and was in route immediately to help us. It turned out the issue was much larger than a bad breaker. The breaker was overloaded and included an outlet poorly wired with an open neutral putting extra wear and tear on the system. Even though it was super late, Eddie took his time and kept asking questions as to what led to the breaker going out. He was patient, kind, and a joy to have in our home at such crazy hours in the night. At 230 in the morning we parted ways with confidence we were safe. The panel was an old GE model and we had plans to upgrade our panel later in the year but I decided now was the time, so we had Eddie upgrade to a Square D panel. Again he and his partner Dustin redid our panel and did a great job too! I cannot recommend Reddie Electric highly enough. Eddie and company are there for you when you need help.

Later in the night, I found the GFCI and reset it with power available at those plug points. Eddie spent time remotely with me in figuring out possible sources of problem.

I live several hours outside of Mill Creek but was there last week to take care of my aging parents. Their refrigerator went out. It was unclear if it was an issue with the refrigerator or if it was electric. I called this business and he was able to get out the same day. He immediately made a great impression on me over the first phone call. He listened to me attentively and walk me through a series of steps to try to isolate the problem before he came out. I had to leave before he came out so I let him know that my parents are very elderly and they suffer memory issues. While he was there, he called me and explained the work that he did. Ultimately, it turned out that we had an electrical issue as well as a problem with the appliance, as the next day, the refrigerator was not running. This electrician actually took the time to call back and follow up. When I advised him of the situation, he immediately offered to come back at no extra charge and re-examine his work. He also consulted with a friend of his in the appliance repair business to further advise me. He was timely, and his fee were very reasonable. Most importantly, the point of this review is to stress the compassion this electrician showed while dealing with my parents, as well as compassion and respect for me. I cannot think of any incident in my entire life where I received such excellent, above and beyond, customer service. Put the word out. His cell phone number is saved in my contacts.
